The Winner is Mr Biswarup Basu who has taken the route of
TLCR-BBS-KGP-HWH-JSG-CSTM-MAO-NGC-ERS-SBC !!
VSP was for once beaten on this!!

Hello IRFCA Members & Deligates of BNC 2009,
This award/giift was from Mr. Hugh Penri-Williams from Paris.
He has planned his visit to Inida specillay to attend our BNC 2009 and planned other activities around BNC 2009 dates.
