RRM West – Lonavala would be a new museum.

Revival of steam.

Fairy Queen now has regular runs.
BG Bayer Garatt revived by SER in 2006.
MRL: revival of steam proposed.
Revival of Rewari Steam Centre.

We need to list Railway heritage.

Regular monitoring
Creating projects
These are something IRFCA can help in.

Rail Tourism does not cover only Steam trains.

How about the IR offering round tickets to folks who can travel on their own but for whom details of which trains to take can be shared in print or perhaps in the form of appointments on their blackberry?

The details could consist of “great scenic spots”.

For example the Dara Viaduct on the WR BCT-NDLS route which passes through the night for Rajdhanis and everyone sleeps through it. Or some of the CSTM-PUNE spots. Or the ghat type sidings at Pophlaj.
